We ensure that our Customers fully respect their privacy and protect their personal data.
We process the personal data provided to us by Customers in a manner consistent with the scope of the permission granted by Customers and the requirements of the law, in particular in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of April 27, 2016 (EP Regulation 2016/679 on the protection of personal data RODO). We store Customers’ personal data on servers that ensure their full security. Only authorized employees of the Store have access to the database. Each Customer who has provided us with his/her personal data has full access to his/her data in order to verify, modify or request deletion. The store does not transfer, sell or lend collected customer personal data to third parties, except with the express consent or at the request of the customer or at the request of legally authorized state authorities in connection with ongoing proceedings. Our Store also uses so-called “cookies” (cookie files). These files are saved on the Customer’s computer by our server and provide statistical data about the Customer’s activity in order to select our offer to suit his/her individual needs and tastes.
The Customer may disable the option to accept cookies in his/her web browser at any time, although he/she must be aware that in some cases disconnecting these files may hinder the use of our Store’s offer. Cookies saved on the Client’s computer store information about: the User’s session, last viewed products, casting a vote in a poll. We would like to draw your attention to the fact that if we place links on our Store’s website that lead to other websites not administered by us, we cannot be responsible either for the content of those sites or for the degree of privacy protection implemented by the administrators of those sites. When deciding to go to such sites, the customer does so at his own risk. We encourage you, by the way, to familiarize yourself with the privacy policy implemented by these sites before the Client provides them with his/her personal data.
We send advertising and promotional materials to Customers only if they have given their consent. This applies in particular to newsletters sent to the Customer if he confirms the link clearly indicated by us containing acceptance to receive newsletters about current promotions, discounts and news in our Store. These materials relate exclusively to the offer of our Store.
